One Year Down

Well my first year at Johns Hopkins has come to an end. It was very hard and many times I didn’t think I would make it, but somehow I managed to pull through. *sigh… moving out is so depressing. One by one you say goodbye to your best friends and then you take one last look at your now empty suite and remember all of the experiences you’ve had there and wonder if things will ever be the same again.

Now I have to get used to the idea of not having any finals for which to study or any final projects to complete. It’s a strange feeling. As I got up this morning to take a shower, I found myself looking for my keys just in case I got locked out of my room. Then I remembered that I was at home and that the door would not lock behind me.

Well I’m back in the Burgh for two weeks before I go back to Johns for summer school. Maybe now I can get back to doing the things I liked to do before finals season krept up and I moved to the library. Such as sleeping and shaving. Next I think I’ll start scanning the negatives from all those rolls of film that I’ve shot but haven’t had time to print.

In closing, I leave you with these:
